We cannot promise your identity stays secret from a court. This site is run by one person on commercial hosting. If a court ordered the operator or the host to produce these records, they would have to comply. Pennsylvania’s Shield Law protects a journalist from being forced to name a source, but it has not been settled for a solo online publisher, and it does not protect the stored records themselves.

So send the least you can. If your account stands without your phone number, leave it blank. If a document makes the point, send the document instead of your name. Contact details are kept only while a submission is being assessed, and are deleted after.
